Rachel LeBlanc

Brooklyn-based fashion designer with a love for intimate apparel


Rachel LeBlanc is a fashion designer with 9 years of industry experience. Originally from Connecticut, she moved to New York City in 2012 to earn her BFA in Intimate Apparel from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Rachel has designed products for well-known brands like Madewell, Forever 21, Betsy Johnson Intimates, Walmart, Kohl's, Fruit of the Loom, Hanes & Vanity Fair. In her current role as an Intimate & Apparel Designer at Bombas, she’s played a key role in the brand’s successful entry into the intimates space, contributing to over $10 million in revenue in the first year. She also led the launch of the company’s launch of bralette. In total, helping the brand achieve more than $82 million in revenue to date.

Rachel has a proven track record of creating successful products, identifying market growth opportunities, improving designs, and leading cross-functional teams to across the finish line.

Outside of work, you’ll find her hunting down a reservation for the best place to eat, practicing yoga, or planning her next diving trip.
